The charity is made up of 150 volunteers who work from their homes creating quilts to provide comfort to cancer patients across Australia.
The volunteers have produced more than 4,200 quilts, which are delivered to cancer sufferers and their families via anonymous nominations.
Bronwyn, based in Northam WA, said she is keen to get the word out so there is more uptake throughout Australia.
"We have only sent four quilts to the Northern Territory and I am sure there are many more people there who would like one," she said.
As cancer has no postcode, the packages are delivered free anywhere within Australia.
The care packages are provided to both adults and children. Each package is gifted by the charity and consists of a handmade quilt, beanie, and scarf.
The motto is: "Piece by piece we aim to make an impact".
"We believe there is a quilt for every person," Bronwyn said.
"It is amazing how many people tell us the design or colours of the quilts they receive have special meaning for them.
"One man burst out crying when he saw his quilt was covered with Egyptian motifs as his mother, who had died a month previously, had collected Egyptian figurines.
"Another lady, who had blue wrens embroidered all over her quilt, said: "How did you know?"
She took me outside and showed me her collection of metal blue wrens all over her patio.
"Nine times out of 10 it seems we match the quilt with the person and it is not something deliberate."
Bronwyn has scrapbooks of messages and cards from recipients saying how much the beautiful quilts have comforted them and kept them warm throughout their treatment.
She said the charity was a fitting tribute to her friend Monica, who loved crafts.
"She left behind trailer loads of fabrics, cottons, patterns and cross-stitch so this is how I came up with the idea," she said.
"I will never have another friend like her. She was a very kind and gentle person.
"I think she would be embarrassed but happy that something good is being done because of her."
The charity operates through grants, fundraisers and donations and new volunteers are always welcome.
