The 50th anniversary tour of the hit musical launched at Sydney's Royal Theatre on February 14.
The musical tells the story of squeaky clean college kids Brad and his fiancée Janet and their meeting with Dr Frank N Furter - an extra-terrestrial mad scientist from the party mad galaxy of Transylvania.
It features one of the most popular musical numbers of all time - Time Warp, which has become a dance floor standard and a major contributing factor to the show's enduring appeal.
The production will star Jason Donovan as Frank N Furter and Myf Warhurst as The Narrator.
Other principal cast members will include Ellis Dolan as Eddie/Dr Scott, Darcey Eagle as Columbia, Ethan Jones as Brad, Deirdre Khoo as Janet, Loredo Malcolm as Rocky, Henry Rollo as Riff Raff and Stellar Perry as Magenta.
It will be directed by Christopher Luscombe, with choreography by Nathan M Wright and musical direction by Richard Hartley.
Written and created by Richard O'Brien, The Rocky Horror Show opened at London's Royal Court Theatre in 1973 in front of an audience of just 63 people and has since become one of the world's favourite musicals. It has been continuously on stage somewhere in the world ever since.
The show has been seen by over 30 million people in more than 30 countries and translated into 20 languages, It also spawned film adaptation The Rocky Horror Picture Show which starred Tim Curry and Susan Sarandon and grossed more than $135 million at the box office.

Sydney: Royal Theatre, February 14-April 13
Adelaide: Adelaide Festival Theatre from April 13
Melbourne: Atheneum Theatre from May 18.
