The tour - set to take place in November and December - will coincide with the release of a limited edition collectors vinyl set celebrating the album's 40th anniversary.
Originally released in March 1984, Stoneage Romeos featured hits such as Leilani, Tojo, My Girl and I Want You Back.
It peaked at number 29 on the Australian Album Chart and won Best Debut Album at the 1984 Countdown Awards.
The Back to the Stoneage tour will see the band play the debut album in full, followed by a selection of hits and fan favourites.
Frontman Dave Faulkner described Stoneage Romeos as a pivotal album for the band and said many of its songs remained live favourites to this day.
"It'll be great to play some of those 'less-travelled' songs from it on this tour - even though that means we'll be playing longer sets to fit everything else in as well."

"To my mind that's a win-win situation."
Since forming in 1981, the band has amassed 10 ARIA Top 20 albums, nine ARIA Top 40 singles and a host of multi-platinum albums.
They last toured Australia in September 2022 to rave reviews.
The band will also welcome a range of special guests, including Tumbleweed at Anita's Theatre and the Enmore Theatre and Melbourne alt-rockers Dallas Crane in Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide. GANGgajang, Spy v Spy and Allniters will share the stage with the Gurus in Gosford. Spy v Spy will also appear in Canberra and at the Coliseum in Sydney. Brisbane's Screamfeeder will play all three Queensland shows and power-pop trio Rinehearts, will play in Perth.
