Basic checks
- Airplane mode: Make sure Airplane Mode isn't accidentally turned on. This will completely disable your phone's ability to connect to cellular data or wifi. Look for the Airplane Mode icon in your quick settings menu (usually by swiping down from the top of the screen).
- Restart: Toggle Airplane Mode. If still no luck, try a restart. Turn your phone completely off and then back on.
Check Connections
- Wi-fi: If you're using wi-fi, make sure you're connected to the correct network and that you have entered the password correctly. Signal low or gone completely? Try switching to cellular mode.
- Mobile data: If you're using mobile data, check if your data plan is active and that you haven't reached your data limit. You can usually check this through your carrier's app or website.

Further troubleshooting
- Reset network settings: This will erase all your saved wi-fi passwords and Bluetooth connections, so make sure you write them down first. The exact steps will vary depending on your phone model, but it's usually found under Settings System (or General) Reset.
Still no luck?
If you've tried all of these steps and your internet is still not working, it might be an issue with your phone's hardware or the network itself. Here are some next steps:
- Contact your carrier: They can help you troubleshoot the issue further and may be able to fix problems specific to their network.
- Check online forums: Search for other users who have had similar problems with your phone model or carrier. You might find a solution that works for you.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to get your internet connection working again on your phone
